Weight Loss Wednesday 6/7/06

I've only lost one pound this week, but I'll take it! I'm tackling two very big changes right now. Exercising one to two times per day on my elliptical machine and also portion control. Honestly, it's the portion control that's getting me down. A couple of months ago I had pretty much trained myself with Lean Cuisine meals and lost quite a bit of weight, but then I slowly started making my own stuff and started over eating again. Not to mention that I also have been doing some emotional eating of ice-cream.
Water intake is another thing that I need to tackle. I really need to make sure I'm getting enough water each day. I like water very cold. And I am extremely picky about water coming out of the tap. Mostly it's just blech. This week, I'm concentrating doubly hard on water and portions. I'm doing the elliptical machine and I like it. Probably after this week, I'll introduce a Denise Austin workout to keep me from getting bored.
So how is everyone else doing with their weightloss strategies?
